OVERVIEW

Welcome to RN Influence (“we,” “us,” “our”). RN Influence operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Our Services are hosted and powered by Shopify, which enables us to deliver products and manage transactions.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any additional policies referenced herein, form a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) and RN Influence. By visiting, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

  • You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or you have obtained parental/guardian consent for any minors using the Services.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with us.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your login details.

  • Accounts may not be transferred or shared without our written consent.

2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

  • We strive to display our products accurately, but colors, textures, and details may vary depending on your device and settings.

  • Product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue or limit the sale of products to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction.

3. ORDERS

  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs only when we send an order confirmation email.

  • We may cancel or refuse any order for reasons including suspected fraud, inventory errors, or violations of these Terms.

  • Orders are final upon acceptance, and cancellations may not be possible. Our Refund Policy applies to all returns and exchanges.

  • Purchases are for personal use only unless we grant written permission for resale.

4. PRICING, BILLING & TAXES

  • Prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD, “$”) unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices exclude taxes, shipping, and handling unless otherwise noted.

  • We may update prices, promotions, and discounts at any time.

  • You agree to provide complete and accurate billing information.

  • You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all amounts due, including applicable taxes. Customers are responsible for any duties, tariffs, or import fees.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Delivery dates are estimates only; delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or events beyond our control.

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you once products are transferred to the carrier.

  • Any damage or loss during transit should be reported directly to the carrier, though we may assist in resolving claims.

6. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SERVICES 

  • By purchasing digital products (e.g., downloadable resources, online courses) or digital services (e.g., 1-on-1 sessions delivered via Microsoft Teams), you agree to the following:

    1. License for Products – Digital products are provided under a limited, non-transferable license for your personal use only. You may not copy, share, or redistribute them without prior written consent from RN Influence.

    2. Delivery of Services – Digital services, including but not limited to 1-on-1 sessions via Microsoft Teams, are considered delivered in full once the scheduled session has taken place, regardless of whether you attend or fully participate. If you miss or fail to attend a scheduled session, it will still be deemed delivered and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.

    3. Final Sale – All digital products and services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered, accessed, or scheduled, except where required by law.

    4. Customer Responsibility – You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and ensuring you have the necessary technology (including Microsoft Teams access) to receive the products and services. RN Influence is not responsible for customer-side technical issues, missed sessions, or access failures.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content, trademarks, and branding on the Services belong to RN Influence, our affiliates, or licensors.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the Services without written consent.

  • Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY LINKS

  • We may provide access to tools or links operated by third parties, offered “as is” without warranties.

  • We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services, and your use of them is at your own risk.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

RN Influence uses Shopify for store hosting and related e-commerce functionality. Shopify is not responsible for any products, services, warranties, or disputes arising from transactions with RN Influence.

10. PRIVACY

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

11. FEEDBACK & USER CONTENT

  • By submitting reviews, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose.

  • You warrant you have rights to any content you provide and that it does not violate laws or third-party rights.

12. ERRORS & CORRECTIONS

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Services at any time, including after an order is submitted.

13. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Services for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent purposes, or in a way that disrupts others’ use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited conduct.

14. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services without notice for violations of these Terms.

15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Services and all products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except where prohibited by law.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RN Influence will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services or products.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and indemnify RN Influence and affiliates against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

18. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You and RN Influence agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or any products purchased through the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If such efforts fail, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Unless you and RN Influence agree otherwise, arbitration will be conducted in Dallas County, Texas, or by teleconference/online to the extent permitted by the AAA rules. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • You waive any right to a jury trial.

  • All claims must be brought in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.

Nothing in this section limits either party’s right to seek injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.

19. SEVERABILITY & WAIVER

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

20. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website with the effective date.
