Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • Physical product orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

  • Digital product orders are typically fulfilled instantly after payment, or within 24 hours if manual setup is required.

  • If there is a significant delay in processing, customers will be notified by email.


2. Shipping (Physical Products – USPS)

RN Influence uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all physical product shipments. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and handed to USPS.

USPS Priority Mail Express 1–3 business days (guaranteed in most areas)
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed by RN Influence.

  • Saturdays count as business days for USPS.

  • USPS service standard changes may occasionally impact delivery consistency.


3. Digital Products & Services (Electronic Delivery)

  • Digital products and services are delivered electronically via email, download link, or account access, as specified at checkout.

  • No physical item will be shipped for digital orders.

  • Once a digital product or service has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, the sale is final and non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they provide a valid email address and access to their account in order to receive digital deliveries.


4. Order Tracking

  • Physical orders: Customers will receive a USPS tracking number via email once the order has shipped. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear in USPS systems.

  • Digital orders: Delivery confirmation will be sent via email. No USPS tracking will apply.


5. Address & Order Accuracy

  • Customers must ensure that all shipping information (for physical products) and account/email information (for digital products) is accurate.

  • RN Influence is not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, invalid email addresses, or customer-side access issues.


6. Risk of Loss

  • Physical Products: All physical product shipments include up to $100 of insurance coverage through USPS. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once USPS takes possession of the package. RN Influence is not liable for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages once accepted by USPS. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, the customer is responsible for filing a claim directly with USPS using their provided tracking and insurance coverage.

  • Digital Products & Services: Delivery is considered complete once the product has been emailed, made available for download, accessed via account, or delivered electronically (including Microsoft Teams sessions). RN Influence is not responsible for customer-side technical issues, missed sessions, or access failures.


7. All Sales Final

  • All sales from RN Influence are final.

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds are available for either physical or digital products.

  • Customers must review all order details, including customizations, before completing checkout.
