What began as the personal journey of our founder, Da’Naja Mosley, BSN, RN, has grown into a movement built on style, sisterhood, and strategy. At just 19 years old, Da’Naja became a Pediatric ICU nurse, navigating the challenges of nursing school and early career transitions with resilience and faith. Along the way, she recognized a missing piece: a community and brand that truly saw healthcare professionals as more than their shifts — one that celebrated their individuality, supported their growth, and reminded them of their influence.
